In the rare circumstance you are not entirely happy with your purchase we would be pleased to offer you a refund! We strive to ensure that the return process is as painless as possible. Returns need to be reported within 14 days after you made the purchase. After you let us know you get an additional 14 days to send back the order the order. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Free shipping applies to orders shipped via ground shipping and totaling €50+ after applicable discounts and before shipping and taxes are added. Orders shipped via ground shipping will be shipped by FedEx.
